Finally here it is!

=blackangelyume's kiriban for hitting my 5000th pageview.

This is her character Amarilla who is half Radiant Dragon. She is a Holy Paladin who has dedicated her life to destroying evil. At least that's what she told me.

Halfway through this I decided it would make a really great wallpaper, and thus here it is.

I like the effects I did with the black/purple "evil" ...stuff... Not sure what it is but I think it looks neat.

The pose was hard. Took me a very very long time to get it just right and I'm still not too happy with certain details and the anatomy of it all.

Also I realized I forgot her tail. Didn't realize it until I was halfway through coloring it. At least it's not that obvious I suppose.

The hair was my favorite part. I was experimenting with different ways to color and shade hair. I think this came out nice.

I had problems with the line art since halfway through inking it I started using a different (and MUCH better) pen. So some of the l nes had come out very thick. Took me a long while to get the line art appear just right in the finished picture. If I had kept the lines perfectly black it would've looked like crap.

I really love Amarilla's design. A great job on =blackangelyume's part.

Anyways. I really do hope you like it dear! In the end this was fun.
