Yeah, that's all this is. Decided since my last journal entry was a month ago I might as well give at least a small update. Nothing too much has gone on for now that needs to be updated on really. So I'll just pretty much yammer.

Well, I noticed today that I reached 8,000 pageviews. Wanted to thank you all for that. Just remember my next Kiriban will be at 10,000 pageviews for those of you who might be interested. Hopefully I'll have some artwork up soon. I just need to get a hold of my mother's camera so I can photograph everything since I still don't have a working scanner. And everyone knows I don't have a tablet and can't afford one.

I've been spending a lot of time at my role-play site that I opened last month and finally got up and running. We still only have a few members but most of them are very active so far and that's what counts. You should check it out though.

We really love new people, and I've been practicing my artwork and dragons and such so I can draw my own pictures for everything. Hrrmm... What else. I think that's all really to update on.

Ok, first I'll start with two movies that I just recently bought and watched. I'll list these movies in the order I watched them. (Why am I talking about movies? Because I loved them a lot!!)

"Premonition" (with Sandra Bullock)
I got to watch this movie on my trip down to Texas. At first when I heard about it I thought it would be a decent movie and was looking forward to watching it... When I did I was awestruck! I thought it was amazing partly for the fact that I had a terrible time predicting anything in the movie (which I tend to do when I watch new movies). It ended in a way that completely surprised me, and I think Sandra Bullock was great in that movie as well. If you like slightly odd movies and haven't watched this one, you have to watch it. It was a great movie in my opinion.

"I Am Legend" (with Will Smith)
Oh jeeze, where do I even start with this one. To tell the truth I didn't think I'd like that movie as much as I did. I thought it would be like the way the Terminator movies are for me. A good action movie but I usually never go back and watch it again unless I'm sick of all my other movies and severely bored. Completely opposite to tell the truth. It was just even better than "Premonition" was for me. At first I watched it all going "crap I bet they set this up like a horror movie... And I'm watching it at night... Alone... Crap..." but no, none of it scared me or startled me (and I get scared easily when I'm alone). To me that was a plus, because if I'm too freaked out, I tend to miss the plot. The plot was amazing though and to me inspiring for two reasons. (I don't mind giving this out since it was in the very beginning, but if you don't want to hear ANYTHING about the movie then don't read on.) The first reason being how the story starts. Pretty much it's that people were trying to alter diseases (namely cancer) so they are helpful to the body instead of harmful. Instead a few years later it becomes a terrible virus that makes humans slowly become more aggressive and sensitive to sunlight (sort of like zombies but even BETTER *is a zombie fanatic*). To me it's one of those things that says "Look! We shouldn't do this, otherwise something like this could happen!" The second reason I found it inspiring was the end of the movie, but I'm not giving that out. This is a must see in my opinion. Will Smith is great in it, has to be my favorite movie with him in it now... In fact, I think I'll go watch it again (despite it's already nearly 3 am where I live right now).

Ok... Now enough about me going on about movies. I'm glad to be back home now (I got home last week at the end of Spring Break here). Though I have to admit the trip was ok though it could've been better. I got to see my aunt and uncle after not seeing them since before I was ten. Made me realize I miss my aunt, she's so fun and friendly and so is her husband (my uncle). They really made us feel welcome when we drove through Missouri (that's where my dad's family lives). We parked our RV there for the night and shoved off in the morning. I hated all the driving, it was annoying, so it felt good when we finally found an RV park down in the Baytown area of Texas. I have to admit that is a nice area. There's almost always a nice constant breeze coming in from the Gulf and the weather is rather nice this time of year. I will say I wouldn't want to move there, but it would be a nice place to visit occasionally.

Next order of business. Sadly I don't know how much longer my computer is going to last... ~BelieveInTheDarkness keeps trying to convince my mother and myself not to buy a new computer since he can fix this one.. Though in order to do so he would have to replace nearly everything and I think buying another is the best choice we have. This computer was probably about $250 - $300 when we bought it about 6 or 7 years ago. For such a cheap computer it's lasted a while. Enough yammering on my dieing computer though.

A friend of mine is holding a contest (last I checked anyways) and she's giving out a prize. Why don't you go on and look at ~YuYuchan's contest and see if you're interested.

Ok, before anyone panics, no I'm not moving to Texas. In fact, my dad didn't even get the job down there (which would be why we would've moved.) But my mom is obsessed with moving out of here now. And guess what, I'm going to Texas for Spring Break! I'm not happy about it. It'll be the first time in a while none of my friends will be too busy to do anything. And I'm going to boring fucking Texas for a week! Sounds like to convince the people to hire my dad, or something. I don't know, but I have no option to stay behind. I have to go to hot, dry, flat, Texas for a week.

I'm also mad about it because I was told about plans friends had over Spring Break, a month ago, and my mother decided we're going to Texas all on her own just last week. I'm just not happy about it at all... Get to be bored to no end in the freaking RV for a week... Or even better, I get to meet people, or talk to people I don't even know. Which I hate doing.

I'm just getting sick of going places at every freaking opportunity. I'm starting to believe I spend more time out of the state than actually in it.

Half the real reason I posted this is to let people know that I'm leaving AGAIN!! I really don't want to go anywhere. I'm sick of the "vacations." I'm sick of the vacations because whenever we go somewhere, I feel more alone than I do at home. I'm sick of being surrounded by people I don't know, or being stuck in a place I have no clue about... It's my anxiety that causes my paranoia about people and places I don't know, but I'm just sick of being in uncomfortable situations and being on the verge of a nervous breakdown. I'm just so freaking sick of it...

Another reason I don't want to go anywhere for Spring Break is because in May (I think) we're going on another vacation... That's hardly a freaking month between. I didn't mind my last, two week vacation to Florida, mainly for the fact I understood it was my mother running away from her problems here, but now I just think it's getting out of hand... Here we are, just barely able to afford to live somewhat comfortably (thanks to Freedom Debt relief we can afford food now) and we keep taking trips out!

Ok. I think I'm done with ranting now. Well, just letting people know that I'll be gone during Spring Break.

Ok. Ignore the cheesy title. I just couldn't help myself. And no it isn't my birthday just yet. My birthday's tomorrow (March 2 ... So it really depends on when you read this if it's my birthday or not). I'll be 17. One more year with my family since my 18th year they're moving probably and I have to stay behind.

Anywho!

I'm actually quite tired. I was up 'till about 5 AM. Why? Because I was waiting for :devbelieveinthedarknes: to come home from work last night or to receive a call from him that he wouldn't be home. I got neither.

I'm mad at him, and when I see him he's going to hear about this. He told me he would be home last night and he never showed up or even called. He doesn't like it when I do that. So yeah... I'm mad. But off why I'm mad at him...

I am going to spoil myself this month, especially this week since my birthday ish tomorrow. This year I actually remembered (a couple years ago when I was in middle school I had forgotten my own birthday until someone bid me a happy birthday).

But yes. On Gaia I'm going to buy myself three monthly collectibles (two for myself and one letter to sell in the marketplace after some time goes by). I deserve it, since at this point I'll be spending my birthday alone, since my mother works, ~BelieveInTheDarkness works and everyone else I know will probably be busy. Very sad. But no sense in moping about it. I got six cupcakes the other day, so that's an upside to the past few days.

Also I've been going on a creation spree. I've been creating a lot of my own little creatures and races lately. So expect to see them here soon.

The title of this particular journal entry says it all pretty much.

It seems Valentine's snuck up on me this year. Didn't realize the date until someone told me. Well, Happy St.Valentine's Day to everyone here on DA.

In addition to Valentine's, it's now my DA anniversary (DAnniversary - oooh I'm clearver *sarcasm*). I've been around here for about two years now. Hard to believe it's been that long for me now. Just felt like I'd express my excitement on that.

As for the lack of deviations...

It's official. My scanner is dead. It refuses to scan pictures for me now. I mean flat out refuses. I've tried every trick I know to get it to work, and it just won't. I think it finally decided to give out on me, though I've barely had it for two years. I'll never buy an All-In-One again. It was a waist of money.

Also, my computer is getting worse everyday. Photoshop won't open for me now, although ImageReady does now, so there are still a few fun things I can do.

I've been spending my time lately writing, role-playing on various sites, doodling (I've been experimenting with shading practice using pencil and smearing it on the paper to give it a softer sort of look. I'm sure plenty of people have done it.) and watching tons of anime.

Also, there's a chance that my family will move to Texas next year. I DO NOT want to live in Texas. Waaay too dry for me... and flat. I'm used to seeing mountains, and when I don't, I run around in a circle saying things like "Where'd the mountains go!?"

If I can, I'll be sticking around in the town I'm living in now, and I can only hope as well. Either way, my family will be moving next year somewhere out of state since the rest of my family doesn't like it here in Colorado. Unlike them I have a life here, and leaving it would be terrible for me, despite how dramatic that may sound.

Ahh, but anywho!!


I'll probably have a lonely Valentine's this year, since I doubt ~BelieveInTheDarkness will be back here for the next few days. More than likely I scared him away... BUUUUUT that's not important!

Just thought I'd post something for this day. And tell everyone what's up with my whole computer and scanner issues.
